These Terms of Service govern your use of Tarzan Method websites, applications, coaching services, and authorized integrations. By using Tarzan Method, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Tarzan Method provides online fitness coaching, training, nutrition guidance, progress tools, and related digital services. Features may change as the service evolves.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for adults. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials.
3. Fitness and nutrition disclaimer
Tarzan Method provides general coaching and educational guidance and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Stop an activity and seek appropriate professional care if you experience concerning symptoms or believe an activity is unsafe for you.
4. Payments
Paid services, when applicable, are processed through authorized payment providers. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout or otherwise agreed with Tarzan Method apply to the relevant purchase.
5. TikTok and other integrations
Tarzan Method may connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok only after the relevant account holder authorizes the integration. Content is submitted to a connected platform only through authorized actions and permissions. You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish and for complying with the connected platform's rules.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, infringe another person's rights, or use Tarzan Method to publish unlawful or abusive content.
7. Intellectual property
Tarzan Method branding, software, training materials, videos, documents, and original content remain the property of Tarzan Method or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
8. Availability and limitation
We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Tarzan Method is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
9. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or terminated when required for security, misuse, non-payment, legal compliance, or material violation of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
